Excellent spice/rub. I also have the Green chili…both are flavorful, but not overpowering. Nice blend of flavors that works on just about any meat/fish I have used.

We keep a bottle of the AlbuKirky Red Chile rub right next to the cooktop because we use it all the time. I originally purchased it for BBQing outdoors, but we found it adds a great touch of red chile to most anything. My favorite is to sprinkle it over tater tots before we put them in the air fryer and it gives them a great spice flavor. Love it!
