Coyote lump charcoal is made from 100 percent natural hardwood. It contains no fillers or additives, making it safe to use in the Coyote Asado kamado grill. This natural lump charcoal also burns hotter than standard charcoal briquettes. A single pile can also be reused multiple times when cooking at low and slow temperatures. For best results, this charcoal should be lit with a chimney starter or an electric charcoal lighter. Coyote lump charcoal also works well with the Centaur gas/charcoal combo, 36-inch charcoal grill or in the charcoal tray accessory.
